REST DAY

I hope everybody remembered to set the clock! Day light savings time!

13.1…..

Safe to say I’m glad 13.1 WOD is over. Now I can wait 13.2 to completely crush my body.

Squat Challenge
We are approaching the last week of the squat challenge. I’m sure there’s a mix feeling of excitement.
March. 18th we will have our test WOD.

Paleo, Primal, Zone Diet Challenge
Our goal is to launch the challenge on march 18th. There will be a winner decided by everyone. We will have it based off. Total points, pounds lost, inches lost, and look.
This challenge you will need to:
Weigh in the beginning and the end.
Have your right arm, right thigh, hips, and waste measured.
Take before and after pictures.
Track your own points. (Honor system)

Next week classes
All classes will be normal except the following:

Monday the 11th there will only be one morning class at 11am
Saturday the 16th we will have class at 10am
